Cancellation & Modification Policy

Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it.

After the 2-Hour Window

Once our production team begins processing your order:

  • Modifications or cancellations may incur a service fee, which varies based on product type and order status.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations or modifications.

⚠️ Please note: Modifying your order may extend production time by 2–7 business days and may affect your overall delivery schedule.

Eligible Reasons for a Refund or Replacement

We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement if:

  • ✅ The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective
  • ✅ Items are missing or lost from your order
  • ✅ You received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or custom details)
  • ✅ The product is not as described on our website

Exceptions — Refunds Will Not Be Granted If:

  • ❌ The request is made after 30 days from the invoice date
  • ❌ You have changed your mind or no longer want the item
  • ❌ You selected the wrong size, address, product, or custom information at checkout
  • ❌ You wish to modify the size, color, or customization of an item already received
  • ❌ The product was damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance
  • ❌ The order was fulfilled accurately according to the information provided at checkout

⚠️ Limitation: This warranty policy is applicable once per order.


No Return Required

We offer a "No Need to Return" policy. You do not need to physically send items back to us — saving you time and shipping costs.

How to Request a Refund, Replacement, or Exchange

  • A photo of the item received or a photo of the shipping label

Exchanges

All BeeMineGifts products are custom-printed. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please note that a resend fee will apply. The fee varies based on the product(s) ordered.
